Do you ship your teas?
Yes. We ship across Canada. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Tea cards ship free.
Are your teas caffeinated?
Some blends contain caffeine depending on the tea base used (black, green, or herbal blends). Caffeine levels are listed on each product page.
Do you offer custom tea blends?
Yes. We create custom tea blends for businesses, events, and organizations through our Custom Creations page.
What is the Tea Parlour?
The Tea Parlour is our in-person experience space offering tea blending workshops, private gatherings, and seasonal sessions.
Do I need experience to attend a workshop?
No experience is required. Workshops are designed for beginners and curious tea lovers alike.
Can I book private events?
Yes. Private Tea Parlour bookings are available year-round for small groups and special occasions.
What is the difference between Wholesale and Businesses & Organizations?
Wholesale is for retail stockists who wish to resell our products. Please register your email with us to gain access to our wholesale products and pricing.
Businesses & Organizations is for custom gifting, branded tea collections, and corporate or community projects.
Are your teas suitable for gifting?
Yes. Our teas are designed to be shared or enjoyed personally. Many customers choose them as gifts for weddings, events, and special occasions.
Where are your botanicals sourced from?
We grow some botanicals in the Fraser Valley and also source ingredients globally to ensure quality, balance, and seasonality in our blends.
How should I store loose leaf tea?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in an airtight container for best freshness.
Is all of your honey from your own hives?
During times when our harvest is smaller than the demand, we will source honey from a small network of trusted local beekeepers who share our commitment to ethical beekeeping and quality.
