From Our Family Hives
Our beekeeping journey began in 2010 in Richmond, British Columbia, on Lulu Island.
What started as a small family hobby quickly grew when Opa received his first beehive as a birthday gift. Soon after, the entire family joined in—learning, harvesting, and caring for the hives together.
What began as a shared pastime became Lulu Island Honey, named after the place where it all started.
Today, our hives are located in the Fraser Valley, where harvesting remains a family effort with multiple generations still involved in the work.
